Back Massager

Hakura massagers are designed for general home use by adults. They are not medical devices. If you have a medical condition — including varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, recent surgery, or nerve damage — consult your doctor before use.

We recommend sessions of 15–20 minutes per area. Allow a 30-minute rest between sessions on the same area.

The Hakura back massager features 12 deep-kneading Shiatsu balls that rotate in forward and reverse directions. It also has a built-in heating function for soothing warmth. You can toggle between forward rotation, reverse rotation, and heat independently — making it easy to customise each session.

Both. The Hakura back massager is plug-in and rechargeable — it comes with a 150 cm power cable for mains use and a built-in rechargeable battery for cordless sessions anywhere in the house. It also includes a 12V DC car adapter so you can use it in the car during commutes or travel. All three power modes work with the same massager.

Yes — the Shiatsu cushion can be placed against your upper back, lower back, or shoulders while seated on a chair, car seat, or sofa. The 12 rotating nodes work deep muscle tissue and the heating function soothes tight muscles. It is a home wellness device, not a medical treatment. Many users find it helpful for desk-sitting muscle fatigue and general back tension. For diagnosed conditions, consult a doctor before use.

All Hakura massagers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If the motor, speed control, or any part fails under normal use within one year, we replace or repair it at no cost. Damage from drops, water exposure, or misuse is not covered. Contact our support team at care@hakura.in with your invoice to raise a warranty claim.
