Using Hakura
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 1 October 2026. By placing an order or using hakura.in, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Hakura Energy Private Limited, 347, Thiruvalluvar St, Pallakattu Thottam, Gounder Mills, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu — 641029. GSTIN: 33AADCH6565R1ZY.
1. Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST at the applicable rate for each product category, shown at checkout and on your tax invoice (intra-state supplies are split as CGST + SGST; inter-state as IGST). Any applicable delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; the price and availability confirmed at checkout apply to your order. If a price is displayed due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund; we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
These terms govern consumer purchases made on hakura.in. Dealer, reseller, and bulk commercial orders are subject to separate commercial terms communicated at the time of purchase and are not governed by the consumer provisions of these terms.
2. Order formation
Adding an item to your cart does not create a contract. An order is formed only after (a) successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, and (b) Hakura's acceptance, indicated by an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or delivery details cannot be verified — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Card and UPI credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay; Hakura does not receive or store payment details. Your payment is also governed by Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
4. Delivery
We deliver across India from our facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates; Hakura is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, force majeure, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Warranty
All Hakura machines carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. For commercial machines, warranty coverage applies when the machine is operated within the rated duty cycle and conditions specified in the product manual; defects arising from operation beyond rated capacity are not covered. To raise a warranty claim, email care@hakura.in with your order number and a description of the issue. For unresolved grievances, contact our Grievance Officer: Nagaraj Kumar · 75503 94111 · grievance@hakura.in. We will acknowledge grievances within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
6. Cancellations and returns
Pre-shipment cancellations can be requested through your account or by emailing care@hakura.in. Post-delivery returns are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which applies to all orders including commercial machines. Reverse logistics for large equipment is coordinated directly by our team.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hakura's maximum liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Hakura is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit or business income. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that cannot be contractually excluded.
8. Acceptable use
This site is intended for users who are 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must not submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with checkout, payment, or support operations.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are liable for all activity under their account. You must not share account access with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where possible, we will give reasonable prior notice except where immediate action is necessary to prevent fraud or harm. To request account deletion, email care@hakura.in — pending orders will continue to be fulfilled and order and invoice records will be retained for 7 years as required under GST law. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact care@hakura.in immediately.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase from Hakura will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to approach a forum at your own location — including the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be effective from its published date. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, videos, logos, and graphic assets — is the property of Hakura Energy Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without Hakura's prior written permission. "Hakura" and the Hakura logo are registered trademarks® of Hakura Energy Private Limited. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use Hakura's intellectual property.
